Monday-Fitness Yoga  6.00-7.00pm (Please note new time) Kings Road studios (from 09/01/12) £6 per class
 £25 for 5 class pass valid for term (5 weeks)
 
Tuesday- Pilates 6.30 -7.30 Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens PAYG class £4.05 per session 
 
Thursday 6.15-7.15pm  Pilates at 1 Kings Road studios, £6 per class (from 12/01/12)
7.30 -8.30 Freestyle Fitness Yoga (from 12/01/12)
£6 drop in or £25 5 class pass valid for term (5 weeks)
 
Friday 10-11am Yogalates at 183a Kings Rd Canton.(Prices as above)
